What is Scrum

About Course
Scrum is described as a lightweight framework that allows people, teams, and organizations to generate highest possible value through adaptive solutions for impediments/complex problems. With the power of the F.O.R.C.C. (Focus, openness, respect, commitment, and courage) becoming agile will be easy as pie.
We will use scrum to ensure our development team is working efficiently and collaboratively. Our scrum process will include a daily standup, sprint planning meetings, reviews of user stories and tasks, and a retrospective at the end of each sprint. The daily standup meeting will involve all members of the development team and last for no more than 15 minutes. During this time, everyone will update their colleagues on what they worked on yesterday, what they plan to work on today, and any issues that may arise. Sprint planning meetings will be held at the start of each sprint in order to discuss which tasks need to be completed in order to meet the desired objectives. During these meetings, user stories will also be discussed and broken down into smaller tasks if necessary. After every sprint review, there will be a retrospective session in which members can evaluate how well their goals were achieved and discuss improvements for future sprints. This feedback can then be taken into account during future sprint planning sessions.
